White Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1 1/4 cup golden raisins
Directions
Heat the oven to 350° F.
Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, beating between each addition until well combined. Gradually beat in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the white chocolate, pecans, and raisins until mixed through.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, until pale golden brown.
